At the same time backend preparation is very essential otherwise it will end by blaming to society , more to humble class people. Various authentic sources reports drops red signal on the preparations or huge deficiencies to manage the large population . Unmatched hospital facilities, literacy rate, unemployment, layoff in jobs, fixed financial burden on individuals or families, society self centric approach will trigger the circle of risk . Looking on the faces on labour class, media showing the clashes of police and public is a sign of collapse in the coming time so government must come forward for the equal help for all irrespective of the registered labour only , which again is not fairly placed in government offices record. If food and shelter is not arranged for the needy people irrespective of their job, business, class, whole plan will end up at huge damage . There will be much more reasons to blame but loss will destroy India image and ornament of emotionally tied bonding in Indian society. Government must ask for the financial help to elite class, industry . At the same time all constitutional institutions must contribute . MP and MLA lobby must donate their salaries. School buildings can be use for giving shelter and meal to the people. In every room two people can accommodate with required distance . Two cooks must be their to cook three times meal, packets must be delivered at their rooms. At the same time some religious places can also be considered for this . MLA, MP, Counaellor, panch, sarpanch must be part of activity to lead it in better way and with govt instructional approach. If a small part of society comes on the road to fulfill their hunger need which are much more meaningful than others, whole cycle will break than we can imagine India situation after 2-3 months. There will be anarchist approach . So better to take steps carefully now. Financial emergency will further help to generate the required finances. Houses, vehicles, education on loan is trend in India for middle class, if government does not reschedule or postponed bank instalments for 3 months , essential facility bills and fee like electricity, school, people will turn as bankrupt, industry will turn as bankrupt. Better to bear small loses rather than big loses and reputation loss. Our administration can arrange food and shelter will the help of people and can set good good examples during this crisis. This is litmus test for the vishav guru india which can be passed through unity, respect , care and by applying bank end solutions. 135 crore people put their efforts to build India, to build government.
